HP Customer Participation Program is an optional service included with select HP devices and software. Its purpose is to help HP improve product quality, reliability, and user experience. When enabled, it collects usage and diagnostic information—such as feature usage, device configuration details, performance metrics, and error reports—and sends it to HP for analysis.
