Sometimes it doesn't work properly: either it is not able to download a video or corrupt, but most downloaded videos are shorter than they should be or corrupted.
I had a problem... using Windows 7
OK I like the idea of this kind of program. And it worked as it was advertised... but it disabled two things that I use alot and those are the Window-left and Windows-right shortcuts. (Once I un-installed the program I got my shortcut keys back. )
I am a recent convert to HP and mostly used Epson in the past.
However I have become disenarmored with them and so I chose HP.
Since then I have been helped enornously impressed by the HP
downloads site which is a great site to use, helpful beyond any other
that I have come across since I began computing twenty odd years
ago. I was reminded of this when an instruction came through saying
that updates were available for my HP printer and I O.K'd it. In a few
miinutes it was done.
So well done HP and thank you for such a great service.
I wish you the most joyous of Christmases yet.
